We have been hard at work here at Freedom and have many exciting announcements coming up throughout the next couple of weeks!!
We would like to start off with announcing the opening of our onsite lab!
We now have a fully functioning Quest lab at our Ozark location and are happy to welcome anyone in the area who needs lab work done by ANY doctor to come to our office to get their labs drawn:) You do not have to be a patient of ours for this service. We just wanted to be an extra resource for the community who would prefer to get their labs done closer to home or work. Walk right in from 8am-4:30pm Monday through Friday. There is a lunch break for our fantastic phlebotomist from 12:30-1:00
If you are someone who does not have insurance or a doctor, we have special lab pricing for our patients through Quest! We have worked with Quest to get VERY affordable pricing for all kinds of labs (both routine and advanced). For this, you just need an appointment with one of our providers and then labs can be ordered and drawn same day!

We are getting shipments daily of medical equipment to our Ozark office in anticipation of opening our doors for family practice next week! Having said that … we have a TON of boxes and much more on the way. We would like to offer them up free of charge to anyone who needs them for moving or any other projects you may have that require cardboard 🙂 Please call our office at 417-708-7010 if you would like us to set some aside for you. Pick up will be at 1405 W. State Hwy J in Ozark. Also, thank you for your patience in our opening. We decided to do a bit more remodeling and are now replacing the flooring which will be done on Tuesday. We want the place where you are cared for to be warm and inviting so we are sprucing the place up for you! We are finalizing our membership pricing as we speak, but we already have people calling to be placed on the schedule ahead of time. If you would like to claim a spot to establish care, you may call the office 🙂 We see adults AND pediatrics so we would love to see your whole family! We are so excited to open and can’t wait to see you!!

Our staff is comprised of providers with a wide range of skill sets with many years of experience! (Pictured below is one of our providers, Kelbie Abercrombie PA-C, fixing a complicated facial laceration). We truly love what we do, including procedures!! We are equipped to do everything from mole and wart removals, laceration repairs, incision and drainage of abscesses, wound care, nail trephination, removal of foreign bodies all the way to fracture care and minor dislocation reductions. We are so excited to welcome Teresa Jolley PA-C to Freedom Health Systems!! Teresa Jolley obtained her Masters Degree in Physician Assistant Studies in 2005 from Missouri State University. She has a Bachelors Degree in Radiography from Southwest Missouri State University. For the past 16 years she has worked in hospital-based medicine as a Hospitalist or Emergency Department provider. She is married to Steve Jolley. They have a son, who is in the United States Marine Corps. Together they farm. Steve struggles to make a profit while Teresa collects every furry, feathery friend and makes them part of the family making the family farm more into a wild life reserve. In her spare time Teresa enjoys running, biking, swimming, scuba diving, and gardening. She belongs to the Wright’s Chapel Full Gospel Church in Crane, Missouri. Teresa is seeing our IV infusion patients, procedural visits, telemedicine and acute care visits at our Battlefield location!
